Forget the Wally's Hut, Yellowtail and Hardy's. Australia is making some of the most compelling wines in the world. Western Australia specialises in Bordeaux style varieties and styles, along with Chardonnay. South Australia does a little bit of everything, Victoria and Tasmania do great Pinot and Chardonnay, while New South Wales' speciality is Semillon. They all do great Shiraz of course!
