BURGUNDY,
Pinot Noir
This is a banger, we've just gotten our hands on a little more - the evolution it's shown since its release is astonishing, and demonstrates one of the best things about Roisin's wines - they really move. Fixin is above Gevrey, an appellation that seems to have lost it's lustre in the ever increasing temperatures around climate change. Fixin makes a cooler, leaner, smokier Pinot Noir. Gorgeous. STSWine
