The 2022 Bourgogne Rouge is sourced from Mercurey, and from the same grower that provides the Aligoté grapes for the Bouzeron. Farming is organic and the grapes are hand-picked. Roisin used 30% whole bunch in the fermentation which contributes an attractive floral character to the wine. STSWine
