This wine was a break out star up its initial release in 2020, opening a legion of fans to the variety. The fruit for the Bourgogne Aligoté comes from Volnay and contains some Aligoté Doré. Barrel-fermented, undergoes it's malolactic fermentations in older wood. This has more flaesh on the bone than your average Aligote. STSWine
