The 2022 Bourgogne Côte d’Or Blanc is sourced from a plot in Meursault, across a road from a Premier Cru vineyard. Once again fermentation and malo took place in 3rd/4th fill wood. This was right up there with the wines of the year in 2022 and we were lucky enough to get loads of it, less plentiful this year, it is no less speccy - man! Roisin knows Chardonnay! STSWine
