New in the range this year is a second Aligoté wine from the Bouzeron AOP, the only communal-level Burgundy appellation for Aligoté-based wines. Barrel-fermented, undergoes it's malolactic fermentations in older wood. This is a rather serious Aligote that recalls the famous example from Domaine de Villaine. STSWine
